Head Shot Happy Hour is designed to be a collaborative and cost-effective way to get high-quality headshots. To ensure the success of the event, we require a minimum of 5 participants. If we don't reach this minimum, unfortunately, the event will be canceled.

- In the event of a cancellation due to insufficient participants, rest assured that your payment will be promptly refunded to you.

- If the event does meet the minimum participant requirement and proceeds as scheduled, please note that deposits are non-refundable. This policy is in place to guarantee the commitment of all participants and avoid last-minute cancellations, ensuring a smooth and successful session for everyone involved.

- You can transfer your deposit to someone else if you’re unable to make it.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but by requiring non-refundable deposits for confirmed events, we aim to foster a strong sense of dedication among our participants. This approach enhances the overall experience and ensures that all attendees are genuinely invested in making the session a success.

You’ll come with your regular makeup and hair already done. Brittany Bell will then provide touchups to make you camera ready. This is not full makeup so please come prepared!
